The cottage was well-equipped with fantastic cooking implements and the hosts had thought of everything. The location was peaceful and quiet, with convenient parking. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the cottage. The hosts provided fresh eggs, which were delicious. The area offered lots of things to do, including beautiful walks and nearby attractions.
Although not necessary, a few extra luxuries like breakfast/welcome treats and toiletries would have been a nice touch. Additionally, more information on whether guests are allowed to walk around the gardens/grounds would have been helpful.

The Hayloft Cottage exceeded my expectations in every way. The self-catering accommodation was beautifully presented and thoughtfully equipped with a fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness and high standard of furnishings made for a comfortable stay. The fine views across the farmland added to the overall charm of the location. I also appreciated the convenience of private parking. The cottage's perfect location allowed for a scenic walk into Whitby along the coastline or a short drive out. I had a wonderful experience and would happily return for another stay in the future.
The only minor drawback I noticed was the shower in the ensuite could have had a more powerful water flow. this didn't significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the stay.
